Construction Begins at Park Ridge

Park Ridge, the exciting new residential development, celebrated its groundbreaking on May 22, 2023, marking the beginning of the eagerly anticipated project. With the construction of 45 residential townhomes planned, the first phase is expected to be completed by mid-2024.

Arcadia Real Estate Services has now started taking reservations for homesites in Phase 1, consisting of the initial twelve lots. Although final pricing is yet to be determined, it is anticipated that these townhomes will be priced under $300,000.
