About Arcadia

Arcadia was designed to serve as a centralized hub for a full range of real estate services, supported by my experience in both real estate and investment management. I’ve called the Elkin area home since 2010, and alongside my work as a licensed agent, I serve as the Executive Director of a private portfolio company focused on real estate investment, property management, start-ups, strategic business ventures, and operations.

My real estate experience spans both residential and commercial projects, and I’ve enjoyed leading several historic renovations in downtown Elkin- bringing new life to some of our community’s most treasured buildings. Most recently, I’m excited to serve as the exclusive listing agent for the new construction townhome community at Park Ridge.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, skiing or golfing with my family or on the sidelines of a soccer game. No matter what we’re doing, you’ll usually find Sandy keeping us company at work and at play.
